333 bit Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 333 bit platform ("Platform") and all its services. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

333 bit provides online casino, slots, sports betting, and live casino services for users in Bangladesh. The platform is intended for personal and entertainment use only. Use of the platform for commercial purposes or on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.

2 Account Registration

Creating a personal account is required to use the services on 333 bit. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Opening an account with false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.

• The applicant must be a real individual — companies or organisations may not open an account.
• Only one account per person is permitted.
• Only one account may be registered per mobile number or email address.

2.2 Registration Information

The information you must provide accurately at the time of registration includes: full name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and preferred payment method. 333 bit may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

Participation in all activities on 333 bit is restricted to individuals aged 21 or above. The platform may request proof of age at any time. If the required documents are not provided promptly, the account will be temporarily suspended.

Government-issued documents such as a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence are accepted for identity verification. Withdrawal access may be limited until identity verification is complete.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details — username, password, and OTP — completely confidential. If you share this information with anyone or allow a third party to use your account, 333 bit will not be liable for any resulting loss.

4.1 Password Management

• Passwords must be at least eight characters long and should ideally contain a combination of numbers and letters.
• Change your password regularly, especially if you notice any suspicious activity.
• Avoid using the same password across multiple platforms.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify 333 bit customer support immediately. Reporting promptly allows us to attempt to limit potential damage. However, the platform will not be liable for transactions arising from third-party access.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

333 bit supports transactions through the most widely used mobile banking services in Bangladesh. The following methods are accepted for depositing and withdrawing funds: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

5.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• The name on the payment method used for a deposit must match the account name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Once a deposit is confirmed, it is generally added to the account quickly, though bank transfers may take a little longer.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests generally take 10–45 minutes to process.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met before a withdrawal is permitted (see Section 6).

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

333 bit offers various bonuses for new and existing members. Each bonus has its own terms of use, which should be read carefully before accepting the bonus.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

On the first deposit, 333 bit offers a 150% bonus of up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount — in this example, ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is not cash; it becomes withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement is met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless the promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.
• If a bonus is not used within the set period after it is received, it will be cancelled.
• If any irregularity or manipulation is found, the bonus will be forfeited.
• VIP members receive a weekly cashback — ranging from 0.3% to 1.5% across five tiers from Bronze to Diamond.

7 Betting and Game Rules

Each game or betting section on 333 bit has its own rules. In addition to the general terms, the specific rules of each game also apply. It is advisable to read the relevant rules before starting a game.

7.1 Sports Betting

The odds displayed when placing a bet on cricket, football, or other sports are final. Once a bet is confirmed, the ability to change or cancel it is limited. Odds change quickly in live betting, and if odds are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, the affected bet will be considered void.

7.2 Casino and Slots

Casino games are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each spin or hand is independent and unrelated to previous results. The rules of the software provider operating the game complement the 333 bit terms and conditions.

7.3 Live Casino

Games from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, and other live studio providers are operated in real time. If a game is left incomplete due to a lost internet connection, 333 bit will determine the result based on saved data.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 333 bit platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional benefits.
• Following certain strategies or betting patterns with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Any form of interference with, hacking of, or unauthorised modification to the platform's software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Enabling minors to use the platform or placing bets on their behalf.
• Stealing or making unauthorised use of another user's account information.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity against the platform.

9 Limitation of Liability

333 bit provides its services on an "as is" basis. The platform's liability will be limited for any loss caused by technical errors, server outages, or issues with third-party software providers.

As outlined in the Responsible Gaming guidelines, gambling inherently carries financial risk. The platform user is solely responsible for their own decisions and actions. Claims for compensation for betting losses are not accepted.

If any game or bet is left incomplete due to an internet outage, power failure, or device-related issue, the platform will determine the result of that game at its own discretion, and that result will be considered final.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 At the Platform's Initiative

333 bit may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process or providing false information.
• Evidence of fraud or suspicious financial activity.
• Prolonged inactivity (generally 12 months or more).

10.2 At the User's Initiative

You may contact the customer support team at any time to close your account. Before processing a closure request, it will first be checked that there are no active bonuses or pending bets. If a valid balance exists, you will have the opportunity to withdraw it.
